Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Agreement
By placing an order with MCI Printing or using our website at mciprinting.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
MCI Printing provides commercial printing, direct mail, packaging, signage, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our production schedule. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates applicable law or our policies.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change based on material costs, quantity changes, or specification changes after a quote is issued. Final pricing is confirmed at order approval. Rush fees apply to orders requiring faster-than-standard turnaround.
4. File Submissions
You are responsible for submitting print-ready files that meet our specifications. By uploading files to our system, you represent that:
- You own or have rights to all content in the files, including images, logos, and text.
- The files do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution artwork, incorrect color profiles, or files that do not meet our specifications. A digital proof is provided before production; approval of the proof releases MCI Printing from responsibility for content errors.
5. Payment
Payment terms are established at time of order. New customers typically pay in full prior to production. Established accounts may have net-30 terms by agreement. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
6. Proofs and Approval
Digital proofs are provided for approval before production begins. Production begins only after written approval is received. MCI Printing is not responsible for errors (spelling, color, layout) in approved proofs. Physical press checks are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
7. Turnaround and Delivery
Turnaround times begin after proof approval and receipt of payment, not after order placement. Standard turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. MCI Printing is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. Rush orders are prioritized but remain subject to production capacity.
8. Print Variation
Commercial printing involves inherent variation in color, density, and registration within industry-standard tolerances (typically ±10%). Screen-to-print color variation is normal and not considered a defect. If color accuracy is critical, a physical press check is recommended.
9. Claims
Claims for defective work must be submitted within 10 days of delivery with samples. Our liability is limited to reprinting the defective portion of the order or issuing a credit. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost business, or costs arising from print defects.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to artwork and files you submit. By submitting files, you grant MCI Printing a limited license to reproduce the files solely for fulfilling your order. We may display samples of completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCI Printing's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
