Yes — print-ready files speed everything up. Send a PDF with 0.125" bleed on all sides, fonts embedded, and images at 300 DPI minimum. If you have an InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva file, send it and we will check it, but plan for a little extra time. For rush jobs we cannot stop to redo missing bleeds or low-resolution images, so the cleaner the file, the faster the job.

A rushed First-Class piece runs about 5–8 days door to door: 1–2 business days on press, 1–2 days for list processing, NCOA, and presort, a day for insertion and USPS entry, then 1–3 USPS delivery days. For the November 3, 2026 general that puts the practical order edge in the last week of October. USPS Marketing Mail is different — it delivers on a 3–10 business day window with no guarantee, so the practical last drop is roughly October 20. Confirm your own dates with us before you commit; we will not book a mail job we do not believe will land in time.

Yes, and it costs you nothing in time. MCI is a GCC/IBT union shop, so the bug is applied during prepress on our own equipment — there is no third party to source it from and no extra approval step. This matters most in late October: a campaign that discovers on the 26th that a labor endorsement requires union-printed material can lose two days shopping for a union shop, and two days is the entire rush window. If your endorsement paperwork requires the bug, say so when you call and we will confirm placement on the proof.
