• File uploads: print-ready files (PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, etc.) submitted for job production. Files are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage and retained for 90 days after your project is complete.
• Communications: emails and other messages you send us.

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time spent on each page, via Google Analytics 4.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to quote requests and provide printing services.
• To process and complete your print orders.
• To send order confirmations and production status updates.

• Google Cloud Storage — secure storage for uploaded print files.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years. Uploaded print files are retained for 90 days after job completion, then deleted from our systems. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 configuration.

8. Security

Uploaded files are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted Google Cloud Storage buckets with restricted access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
